Please can someone settle an arguement at work over the amount of calories in an average cup of tea with semi skimmed milk.
There are numbers from 5 cals upto 25 flying about......please some help before someone gets angry with a stapler = )

Well there are no calories in tea (at least not in any tea I've ever seen) and so it really depends on how much milk you put in it.0
