Cup of tea anyone?

Please can someone settle an arguement at work over the amount of calories in an average cup of tea with semi skimmed milk.

There are numbers from 5 cals upto 25 flying about......please some help before someone gets angry with a stapler = )

    Well there are no calories in tea (at least not in any tea I've ever seen) and so it really depends on how much milk you put in it.

    a cup of plain tea is zero calories. a cup of fat free skim milk is about 86.:glasses:
