Help with foods

Ok so I'm starting to realize a lot of the reason I'm having issues with weight loss is due to my eating, yes I can kick eating junk, but after a few days of eating healthy, I realize, I don't know what I'm SUPPOSED to be eating, what makes food HEALTHY. And that there seems to be a lack of variety. I'm kinda picky so most of the stuff I try I don't like, I've tried to force it down, but the thought of having to hate what I eat every day makes me miserable especially when some foods don't agree with me to the point I throw up feel like throwing up. Need help... :/
