Hello..Im kinda new to the site in a way. I have not logged in, in over a year. So Im starting over and I love the new look of the site. So Hi all.

Quick Question: Im consistently going over on my carbs. While Im not trying to cut them out, Im definitely trying to limit them a tad. I eat steel cut oatmeal every morning and Im a big fan of apples. So what can I possibly do to keep the carb issue intact? Thanks in advance.
