My great idea for a reward is a free day from my diet/exercise routine. However, when I grant myself these free days I go out of control. Does anyone have ideas to help me stay in control on free days? Or better yet some better rewards that I can control?

    I have the same issue.. I tend to eat all the junk I can because I know I won't be able to have any tomorrow =p
    Maybe make it one treat meal, or if your normally a clean eater allow yourself whatever you want, but don't go over your maintenance calories?

    How about a day off from exercise but not from eating well? I know if I let myself one little cheat...I'll binge and go overboard.

    Why not find some other way to pamper yourself on these reward days? Who doesnt like a nice massage???

    I know Im really looking forward to a nice facial when I hit the 20lbs loss mark. Maybe a manicure for 30lbs, etc....

    I try to schedule treats for myself and I don't keep junk in the house.... (although this weekend I totally fell off the wagon 3 days in a row!).
