Hello I'm new here I'm just looking for any inspiration motivation to keep me going at the moment
My goal is to lose weight and maintain muscle I have already lost 15lbs just another 16lbs to go
Then when my weight goal is reached continue to build muscle
I don't really know anything apart from what I've been researching on the Internet, but it all gets a
