I absolutely love Les Mills! I saw where they have teamed up with Beachbody. I just wanted to throw this out there because I am a poor college student- There are ways to get in shape that wont take a ton of money out of your pocket. Les Mills has a TON of combat/kickboxing training videos on youtube and all over the internet. I love all of their programs! I encourage everyone to look them up on youtube- and heck if you have the money buy their program from Beachbody :)

    The single track videos on YouTube are from actual classes, by themselves they are ok but when no teamed up in a proper fashion with the other tracks. They don't do as much.

    You should definitely look at getting the base Les Mills Combat kit, it's an excellent option for getting into shape if you don't like the group fitness experience to join a gym and attend the real BODYCOMBAT ;)
