Hiya, my name is Lijah, I'm from Stockholm in Sweden & just wondering if there might be other Swedeisss in here?

IF NOT, well Heeeej everyone anyway! I'm up to talk & support anyone :) Ive always been physically active in many ways (different dance styles, horseback riding, karate, running - now weight lifting), but I am still quite new to the lifting world! I already love it & try to have someone with me at the gym whenever I'm about to lift just for support & to not do it wrong (don't want to wreck my body)!

So advice & support will always be welcome with me, wheter you want to give or recieve:)

    Hi! I'm not Swedish, but just wanted to welcome you:) I only started using MFP seriously Jan 1..so I'm a newbie too....

    I visited Stockholm when I lived in Oslo..very beautiful city..

    Hi! Well, that's wonderful :D never been to Oslo yet, still really want to go, just never get the time (bad excuse!!).
