I've been stuck at 133.0 lbs for a coulpe days now. I workout 5x a week (cardio & weight lifting)
Ht - 5ft 1/4 in
Currenrt intake - 2100
So I guess my question is should bump up to 2200?
Oh btw my Diary is open!

Yeah, you don't have to know your body fat %. but the link to the tools does include a body fat % calculator if you want to figure it out at a later date0 -
Oh, one more thing - you said it's been a couple days? maybe hold off for another week or two before changing. You won't be seeing change every day, sometimes not really any big change in a week.
