I've been stuck at 133.0 lbs for a coulpe days now. I workout 5x a week (cardio & weight lifting)

Ht - 5ft 1/4 in
Currenrt intake - 2100
So I guess my question is should bump up to 2200?
Oh btw my Diary is open!
