Road map post

I visited this site today http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12
and it basically told me to significantly increase my calories (adding 600 per day). I got nervous about that and upped my settings by 400 calories.
Has anyone used the advice found here and if so, did you have success? I'm nervous about adding so many calories.

    i was too.
    ive set my daily intake to my BMR. because u shouldnt be eating less then that and if/when i work out, i eat my burnt calories so i can net at least my BMR..

    i lost 1.7 kg of fat in maybe 2 weeks. im not sure!
