I'm New

Hello,
I signed up for MFP last year but today is the second time I log on.

I know nutrition and workout routines but I'm just really stressed about actually losing weight. I have an under active thyroid (just found out) and in the last 6 months, I've gained a lot of weight despite eating healthy and working out.

I have modified my diet plan to remove beef, pork, soy products, carbs, etc. I just hope this works. I have a guide from my Dr. but I'm a little overwhelmed.

Anyway, I'm excited have found this online community, wish me luck. I am looking to lose 20-30 Lbs.
