How important is the water intake for weight loss, what does it actually do?

Just about anything you drink will have water in it. For me, most of that comes from Coke Zero and coffee. Obviously, water is required for more than just weight loss. There's that whole 'you'll die without it' thing.0

Just make sure to stay hydrated. As long as your pee isn't dark, you're fine.0

Water is the counterbalance to your sodium intake. The more sodium you have, the more your store. Adjusting your body's pH balance with water neutralizes this effect.0

Drinking more water helps you not to be bloated...which makes you look and feel gross.

It's a myth that people need "eight glasses of water a day". Look it up. ANY liquid will suffice.0
