Inner Calf tightness

I was just wondering if anyone had good ways to stretch out inner calves?
Mine have been getting so tight, that sometimes after exercise they hurt to even touch.
I stretch (dynamic) before, and (static) after exercise, and even use a foam roller on my muscles, but it seems no matter what I do they just seize up quickly again.

This is new, and have never really had this before until the last week.
I haven't started any extra exercise that has set it off, I have continued with my jogging / running, about 2.5weeks ago I started cycling more, and is my main transportation now, and 2 days ago I started 30DS, but I do not see that aggravating it as it is only jumping jacks / butt kicks etc.
My inner calves are getting sore after doing 30DS, running, and even walking my dog to the park!! If any one has some ideas, or if they have the same issue, support would be greatly appreciated.

My shins where the calves connect have been hurting since I started 30DS. I think it more is all the lunges then the impact honestly. I was doing insanity for a few weeks before stopping due t wisdom tooth surgery with no problems. Started back with 30DS to keep it lower impact and started to feel like I was getting shin splints which I have had in the past. I had to take two days off because of the pain. Still a little sore but I can atleast walk still. The last time I had shin splints I could barely walk without my leg wanting to just give out from the pain of putting weight on it. Rest, Ice, and anti inflammatory medicine along with stretches for the calf muscles are about the only thing I know to help per doctor recommendations.

It's the plyometrics that are causing the inside of your calves to hurt. I'm currently doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution (3 month program) and I noticed in the first couple of months my inner calves would kill me after her cardio dvds. I wasn't accustomed to doing that much plyo (jumping jack, running man, fast feet, anything where your feet leave the ground, etc.). I'm 10 Weeks in now and I'm no longer having any problems with inner calf soreness. If you keep it up eventually your body will adjust.
