Thanks guys! I am trying the TDEE - 20% now. I'm too scared to step on the scale just yet haha.
I am glad I dont have to eat less because that is REALLY hard for me. I am trying to eat even healthier now and have no carbs for dinner....Eat less calories.
Buy and use a food scale, weigh everything that you eat. Don't eat it if you can't tell how it was prepared and how to log it.

some times you can be starving yourself try eating a little more and trick your body it loves a treat once in a while i think i always move weight if it sticks after a,changing exercise,b,eating a little more ,c, eating a, treat
