STUCK at 12 lbs :( I need some motivation...

Hi all! I've been a member on MFP for a while, but didn't use it regularly. Now, since August 2012, I have been logging on and using it everyday. I started exercising (Jillian Michael's 30DS three times a week, walking on treadmill 30+ minutes three times a week, and Wii Fit two-three times a week) and lost 8 pounds in the first 2 months, then 3 pounds the third month, and then 2 in November....and nothing else since! I eat at or under my calories each day, sometimes I eat back my exercise calories, sometimes I don't (I only eat back when I'm hungry). I'm stuck and feel like I'm doing something wrong. Do I need to lower my calories? Do I need to exercise more or try something different? Any advice or tips would be very helpful and very much appreciated!
