We make ours in the crock pot. Just put the meat and potatoes in there and cook all day. The soda bread I made was whole wheat, but still about 250 cals a slice, just as a warning. Enjoy your meal!0

The food network's website (www.foodnetwork.com)also has some good ones - they have a whole section for St. Patty's day meals.

My mom always did this with red potatoes & I do it with just regular white potatoes. Just cut them into squares, cover them in rosemary and throw in the oven for about 45 minutes on 350. Yum!0
