Making the Transition to Maintenance from Loss

OK, so I'm 1 pound away from my goal, which will have me holding at 160#, with a BMI of 21/22, and body fat around 12-13%. Now I need to transition from weight loss to weight maintenance, which for some reason has always been harder for me. Anyone have ideas on how to make the transition?

Don't get lazy, that's the killer, you can increase your calories, but you need to remain active, lighten up a little onyour restrictions, but whatever you do don't get lazy...you want to be able to catch those first few pounds that may creep up on you again before they become 20 and you're saying wtf, where did that come from?! You really need to keep on track, i've been at my goal weight for years now, and I keep up regular daily activities, i've increased my calories and weigh myself every week to make sure i'm staying on track..hope this helps0
