Calorie count according to height

Does anyone know about what the calorie count would be for petite s under 5'4. I think this is the reason why I can't reach my goal weight of 115 lbs

    Need more information than just your height. Need age, current weight, activity level as well.

    Depends on your goals and the quality of food you are eating. I'm 4'11" and eat almost 3,000 cal per day and it's so hard to gain or lose any weight.
