measurement conversion Please Help
I just bought some cheddar cheese powder. In the data base here it gives a "serving" as 1oz. I only want to use a teaspoon or tablespoon. How do I convert that and figure out the nutrients for a tablespoon or teaspoon??? I do a lot of cooking, I have never run into this before

Weigh that teaspoon/tablespoon on a food scale set for ounces, enter result.
Is the serving size on the package listed as weight or volume?0 -
