I just bought some cheddar cheese powder. In the data base here it gives a "serving" as 1oz. I only want to use a teaspoon or tablespoon. How do I convert that and figure out the nutrients for a tablespoon or teaspoon??? I do a lot of cooking, I have never run into this before

Weigh that teaspoon/tablespoon on a food scale set for ounces, enter result.

Is the serving size on the package listed as weight or volume?

Thats the problem, there is no nutritional Info on the product  I thought all foods had to have that? I checked their web site & I could not find the info there either. The container is 1lb weight. I found the product in MFP database. it said 1 serving = 1oz. I tried measuring on my scale. ( I got frustrated :blushing: ) I will try it again tomorrow. Thank you for replying :flowerforyou:
