Need Help!

Im 5'3 and 134 pounds . I want to weigh 115. I have been eating about 1200 to 1300 calories a day plus exercising 30 minutes a day. Am I exercizing enough even if I only eat 1200 cals a day? I lost 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks of doing this, but for the last couple weeks havent been able to lose any more :(
