Hi fellow mfp's.

Am an irish member (16 lbs down ) and was wondering if i could find an american cup measure on the web to deliver to ireland. Most of the measurements on the site are in "cup" s and we dont use those in ireland. Know i can just measure out approx. same amount but would prefer a cup measure for ease of use?
Any help really appreciated.

Dee

FYI: 1 cup is approx, 250ml, or 8 fluid oz's. The calculation is easy 1/2 cup - 125 ml

Try Amazon.com US. I have ordered things from Amazon UK and had them delivered here to the states. It's a bit more for shipping and handling, but it works. So I would imagine that it would work for you too.
  • Thanks a million
    will investigate!

A lot of measuring jugs in the UK have cups marked on them too.

If I were you thought I'd just buy some food scales. On the whole using volume measurements is not as accurate as using weight. I've been using this site for a year and nearly always have been able to enter everything in grams or ounces.
