Where there positioned in the fatty acid chain. The isomers ranger from 4 to 24, the lower the more saturated. All fats with the exception of trans fats are healthy and serve a purpose, and any food where fat is found, plant or animal, will have a combination of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat.
