Hi guys,

So after all of that, I did the 5km :smile: !!!! I may have been the last one to finish, but as someone said - what a great feeling, just knowing that i did it! I ran for most of the 5km, walked here and there, but finished in 42mins, which, considering I've just started running, I think is pretty awesome :wink:

So here's to many more 5km, and to getting better each week!!! And to all of you who added the extra motivation!!!!!! THANK YOU! :flowerforyou:
