Help - Eating out advise needed please

Hi Everyone

I'm visiting this restaurant tonight:

But I can't figure out what might be low calorie. Can anyone offer any advice please?

    I'd go the beef curry
    The chicken curry is likely to have skin
    Coconut is high cal or you could have the laksa

    teriyaki beef would be good too but high sodium

    wow... never seen such an unhealthy chinese...
    Not really a straight forward answer here... you could take the sweet and sour chicken and ask for grilled chicken instead of the deep fried breaded one and maybe also just boiled rice to save on the extra oil from frying it...
    or the seafood soup noodles without the fishcake

    yip teriyaki beef sounds good too

    I cant load the menu sorry!!!! I would ask the place what is the lowest cal. Brentwood CA? they should have the nutritional info for oyu.

    Enjoy yourself.

    Order the healthiest option on the menu.

    Log as best as you can.

    Chinese is rough.

    It's one meal. None of us got fat from eating one meal with friends. Eat whatever you like, have a good time, resume calorie counting the rest of the week. Losing weight is a long term process. Don't stress out over a single day

    eat smart. Aks the waiter/waitress for advise on whai is low cal.
  • I try to eat something healthy so I won't be that hungry at the restaurant.

    57, 58, 60 seem not awful (except on the sodium scale, but it's Asian, so...) Get a half serving of rice.

    Or either of the salads with the dressing on the side
