A little help please

ok.. ive just received my first jar of coconut oil and i was wondering do i take it and eat the same amount of fat as i normally do or do i have to decrease the fat i eat in food to make room for the oil? thanks :)

    Why did you buy the oil are you following a commercial diet, did you read that it is healthy or will help you lose weight? Be warned many of the claims are based on no scientific evidence or just one study, there is no body of proof supporting magical powers.

    Just use it in cooking to replace saturated animal fats or omega-6 rich cooking oils, don't start dropping other healthy nutrient dense wholefood fats like nuts, seeds, oily fish or avocados to take a refined extract which doesn't contain any essential micronutrients.

    i bought it on amazon its organic virgin oil.. and i did read it can help you lose weight and suppress your appetite.. just wanted to try it but wasnt to sure about the fat content on top of the fat i eat already

    Any fat can suppress appetite/ increase satiety.
