Snacks/foods to eat during endurance event

Hello all,
This year I've signed up to do the relay for life. While not strenuous, as we don't have to run, it is a 24hr (ish) event, and our group is planning to be on the track together for most of that time. I'm wondering what easy to eat/prepare ahead foods would be best to keep my energy levels up and keep my body fuelled sufficiently throughout the event. We cannot cook on premises, so everything will have to be bought in ready to eat, and needs to keep well in just an ice box/esky.
Thanks :flowerforyou:
