Hi guys
I have just joined the site. I am wanting to recreate myself into a healthier and happier person. I had a baby very young (17) and gained a huge amount of weight (5 stone). Whilst i lost most of this i am still two stone heavier, with lots of loose skin and cellulite. I am very untoned and i dislike exersise.
I'm not massively worried about weight loss although i would like to get to 9 stone(currenlt 9st10) and be fit and firm! And feel better about myself.
I'm currently doing two body pumps per week, one spinning class and two body attack classes. Do you think this is enough? My diet is healthy, i cook from scratch and have maybe one takeaway a week after which i usually scoff a whole packet of biscuits..my one vice in life!
Whilst i do want a lifestyle change, i have two weeks in cuba coming up in three weeks so any change by then would be good.
Anyway advice would be greatly appreciated
