What's the Weight of Your Meat?

Really stupid question, but when you enter 4oz chicken breast, is that the pre-cooked weight, or the weight of the breast after cooking? I know, for instance at McDonald's, a Quarter Pounder is 1/4lb pre-cooked, but I wasn't sure how meat is supposed to be entered here on MFP.

Depends on the entry. I tend to look for the ones that specifically state 'cooked' or 'uncooked'

4oz is precooked serving size and 3oz is cooked serving size. 4oz raw=3oz cooked.
