Introduce myself

Hi I am a 51 year old 5'1 and currently weigh 124.5 lbs. I would love to just lose that last 7 pounds or so but it has gotten so much harder. I have issue with arthritis in my back therefore limited in the intensity of my work outs. I can only walk on the treadmill or jog at a very slow pace and again for not as long as I need to. I need to make a change somewhere and just stuck in what it should be. I try to keep my calories at around 1200 during the week and go up on the weekends. No major binge eating just "normal" eating. Hoping this forum will help with motivation I need to meet my goals
