A couple of months ago I started going out jogging after work once a week with a friend. I'd never jogged before we started and previously could barely make it to the end of the street without feeling like I was about to die. Last night we went out for a 3km jog and I made it 1.2km before I had to slow to a walk for a few minutes to rest. That's the furthest I have ever continuously jogged without having to stop. I'm so proud of myself! =D

Thats awesome and the more you push yourself the farther you will go!! I had never in my life ran a full mile without stopping to walk until this year. Now I can run a little over 3 miles without stopping with the goal of doing a 10K (6.2 miles) this summer. Keep pushing yourself and never give up-anything is possible!!
