I'm just wondering what everyone goes by. I just did 25 minutes on my stationary bike at 20mph on level 4 and 5 intensity. I got my heartrate up into the 150's, so I know it was a good workout. According to the calculator on the bike, which takes into effect the intensity and mph, I burned 401 calories. According to MFP, 25 minutes on a stationary bike at a "vigorous" level is 288. (Who even knows what "vigorous" to them means.) This is a calorie difference of 110.
So what do most people go by? I try to split the difference. So today, I'm logging 350.
