As the heading says.... How to kick the chocolate habit?? I generally eat ok.... breakfast on the go is often a Chai Latte Milkshake (yey for protein!!) Lunch I pack in some carbs with readybrek and fruit. Dinner is 95% of the time healthy home cooked food, a chilli or chicken with veg and potatoes, an omelette etc. I have recently had to stop eating gluten/wheat for medical reasons and am pretty good with my sugars - went from coffee with two heaped spoonfuls of sugar to decaf with no white stuff at all!
Overall I think I am pretty good.... except for the chocolate! I can't figure out how to kick that habit. With no gluten I have given up biscuits so I must be able to do this.

If it is in your macros, eat it.
This is a lifestyle change - if you can't cut it out forever, don't try to now or it won't be sustainable.

I just stopped eating gluten too! I'm surprised at how easy it was! I normally eat a piece of dark chocolate after lunch... I say eat it in moderation.. But if you really want to kick the habit... you really just have to stop eating it. You want it because you eat it... you eat it because you want it. It's a circle.. the best thing to do is cut it cold turkey, or gradually eat less of it.0
