Healthy alternative to flavired coffee creamers

Any ideas for a healthy low sugar replacement for international delight coffee creamers?
I can't (don't want to) do without my morning cup of yummy flavored coffee,
But I hate starting my day w 30+ grams of sugar.

my advice: find a really good bean and grind your own. GOOD coffee tastes so yummy black. i drink a lot of coffee in the morning, and ufortunately i cannot afford to drink the good stuff daily. sigh.

or, how about using extracts? vanilla, almond, etc. you would need just a dash, it will save on cals, and you can sweeten with either real sugar/artificial, and then use milk for the creaminess. after your taste buds adapt you will never know the difference. there are the sugar free syrups too. buy flavored coffee beans/grind? or just stick with what you love and enjoy, unless you use 1/4c of creamer per cup of coffee!!

How many tbsps are you using currently?

I just use cream now with stevia but it took time to adjust my palate. Now the fancy creamers are too sweet for me.

I would suggest cream, stevia and maybe a splash or torani which I hear great things aboout. I just don't think I need the extra flavor so I haven't made the purchase. But my friend recommended this flavor and the recipes for it look so delicious.
