45 minutes "the EASY Way"

If you're like me, you don't always have time for a 45 minute or hour work out. Sometimes by the time I get home from work, I either have time to eat or work out, not both. I've come up with a way to work out throughout the day, working on my whole body that doesn't seem to take any time.
15 minutes in the morning before work:
1 minute jumping jacks
30 seconds tri-cep extension
1 minute standing crunches
1 minute squats with a jump after each 5
1 minute bicycle crunches
30 seconds push-ups (I do sink push ups. You can do wall push ups, sink, knees)
Repeat 3 times
During work- 3 minute increments- when you arrive, morning break, lunch, afternoon break, before leaving
These are my "bathroom break exercises". They get your heart rate up during the day and keep you awake better than coffee!
5 x 3 minutes each=15 minutes total throughout the day-
1 minute jumping jacks
1 minute standing crunches (30 twist and 30 wide)
30 seconds squats with jump at the top
30 seconds "sink push-ups"
Evening- right when you get home
1 minute jumping jacks
30 seconds tri-cep extension
1 minute standing crunches
1 minute squats with a jump after each 5
1 minute bicycle crunches
30 seconds push-ups
Repeat 3 times
You can always add reps or exercises to it to make it an hour a day!
I feel so much better throughout the day if I exercise a little in the morning. I've also been able to cut out my afternoon coffee and sugar break because I feel energized by the exercise I've been doing during the day. I have a desk job and used to get so tired around 3pm. Not any more!!
