This is a traditional British pie made with garlic, cheese and potatoes, with a pastry crust!

Thing is, I had a slice today in a cafe and don't know how many calories to log.

Anyone know please?

Thanks for your reply, I can't get that link to work :embarassed: have searched the web also but can't find the calorie count.

Yes it is good, I can highly recommend it. Not low calorie though it seems, as it has a pastry crust.

Was going to have a "day off" but find myself drawn to this site, it's become a habit! Anyway, I've resorted to guesstimating the ingredients.

Oh well, a little bit of what you fancy does you good, eh?!
