Where to go for nutrition evaluaion

Say you want complete medical testing to evaluate your metabolic rate, VO2 max,, the works. A data dump of everything there is to know about how your body runs. Where would you go for this? I've searched nutritionists and dietitians and found a few offices and gyms that have registered nutritionists but none seem to offer a full service diagnostic such as this.
