It's funny how one forgets what a working muscle feels like, and how good it feels when it is working the way it should. I know that I forgot.
But yesterday, I was out shopping, and I realized that I could actually feel my core muscles help hold me up as I walked. I felt 20 - no make that 30 - years younger. Now that I can feel them again, I can find the right exercises on my Bowflex to tune them up even more.
I look forward to being reintroduced to more muscle groups.
I thought that I would throw this post in for those who don't know why there are exercising. It's more than just losing weight. Rewards other than weight loss do come at unexpected times.
