Liquid diet (post-surgery)

I'm scheduled for surgery next week Thursday, and the doctor just informed me that I'll be on a liquid diet for at least a week after that. Now, I am trying to lose those last few pounds, but via starvation wasn't exactly what I had in mind.
I'm not sure I completely get what constitutes "liquid" for this purpose, and I'm not talking about the technical definition. She said juice and chicken broth were both good, but there must be other decent options out there as well.
So the issue is how to best go about using reasonably clean foods to arrive at 1600-1800 calories a day, and stick close to a decent macro of 40/30/30, while not feeling as though I'm being drowned in a vat of green juice.
