What does fat look like?

I'm in a biggest loser group. I think knowing what fat looks like might be a motivation/ to lose weight. Does anyone have any good examples/illustrations of what 1, 5,10,or 25 pounds of fat might look like?

Ew! I've lost 3 of those. Well, I'm sure I didn't JUST lose fat ... but still. Pretty nasty.

i dont know how to show you, but yrs ago when i was in school (not high school), we went to see an autopsy. the one lady was pretty big and (this may be gross for some to hear) when they cut her open and folded the skin over you could see all the fat. they pointed it out to us as well. its kinda yellowish in color and it looks really gross!!! eeewww!!! ive never forgotten it and you'd think it would help change things for me, but it doesnt.......
