    Welcome! I joined two weeks and two days ago...and I love it!!! I am SO proud of how motivated I have been and how accountable I have been to checking in and tracking my calories and exercise! Good luck!!!!

    Thanks for the nice welcome everyone. I really like this site. I think the best help is that it makes me crazy NOT to put down any exercise and the food diary is such a great help.
