Hey everyone,
Just a quick question, does anybody track/record how many calories they burn when weight training? I know it's kind of hard to track weight-lifting-calories-burned since there are so many variables/differences between individuals. Was just wondering...

I just started putting it in, but i do it as cardio and base it off my calories burned, rather than hunting through and putting each exercise and number of reps in.0

I tried tracking it when I first started using myfitnesspal, but pretty much gave up and just input cardio.0

I do, I do the same as the fellow above me. I put it in as Cardio... "Strength training/weight training"0

I track it all, just in case something happens to my notebook.
As far as Calories goes, I just input 1 Cal for each rep under Cardio... "Strength training/weight training." While I don't know exactly how many Cals I've burned, this method has been working well for me for the past few months.0
