Its LUNCH break 
I'm thinking about going to GNC to see what i can get to help! Meal replacements or protien shakes anything that can help a gal out to look amazing on her wedding day.!! One big issue I have a bad bad fear of choking ever since I choked and i cannot swallow pills. Any suggestions on what to get or how to over come such an annoying fear would be appreaciated. I have a pill crusher but alot of pills are time released.
