Howdy, really keen to give this a try over the next few weeks to see if it will work for me.

Would really like to look at peoples diary (UK based in best but not compulsory) just to see if I can be inspired by whatever is is you are eating. Is your diary on display for me to nose in it???

Oh p.s. I don't have many friends, help a brother out and add me please. I'm a 39 year old male, if that matters.

    I think my diary is unlocked, I'm UK :) I'm on maintenance now so my cals are a little higher than they have been up until Jan of this year.

    My diary is friends only, but if you want to add me do, UK, cook mainly from scratch but not adverse to some ready made stuff, like W/ w chicken pie and the like
