MFP friends of mine know that I can't really use the scale to track concrete progress due to how much it will fluctuate throughout the day, and because I can't expect to lose more than .5-.9 lb/week. Regardless, I weigh myself pretty much whenever I'm in the bathroom so I can see how the fluctuations are changing.
I call myself 125 because in the morning and at my lightest the scale reads a high 123/124, and later in the day with all my clothes on I see closer to 129.
This past week, however, I haven't really seen it read over 127 at any time in the day, and this morning I hit 122.6 for the first time!! So small victory for me, perhaps my scale is telling me I'm losing finally
