Hey everyone, this is my.. well 2nd post, but I never actually introduced myself.
I'm 21 years old, and I have been up and down on the weight roller coaster since I turned 18, at this current point in time, I weigh about 254 lbs and I'm 5'11''.
I used to be an avid gamer, but over the years my lack of sunshine started to show as I quickly packed on the weight.
I've tried all kinds of diets including: Atkins, Paleo, unmentionable crash diets, etc etc. None if it seemed to work, I just couldn't manage eating a restrictive diet like that, then I found MFP and set up my goals, and everything just seems so straight forward, I just have to manage to stay under the calorie limit that was set for me, no problem!
For the last two weeks I have been attending a gym 6 days a week and logging all my foods into the MFP diary. I am fairly determined this time I will stick to my diet until I reach my goal weight (which is 180lbs.)
Anyways, that's pretty much all about me. I just hope I can make a few friends along the way to help keep me motivated!
