Dude 42 - In For The Long Haul

Hello. I have been on this joint for 3 months and it has been excellent. Just looking for more people to interact with and learn from. I feel I have learned a bunch but that there is a lot left to see and experience.

43 here and your story sounds alot like mine... Destroyed all five lumbar discs in 1992 and went from athlete to couch potato. Feel free to add. Been here since July 1st and have dropped 124 so far... Not bad for under seven months.

44, Testicular cancer two years ago. Was overweight, not fit and pretty much miserable about a lot of things in my life. Woke up one day and decided the best way to change is to take that first step, then another and then another until you are on the move.

I only need to lose about 40/45 lbs and need to get rid of a few more until I get to where I need to be. Start doing yoga, and making changes that are about changing my life rather than dieting for a short time.

Friend me if you want more friends.
