Hi
Does anyone know if I can enter calories burned on my own?? I'm using a HRM to keep track of calories burned during various workout videos. Is there anyway I can enter the number myself? Thanks

I would like to see the answer to this as well... :flowerforyou:0

You sure can! You basically add in whatever exercise you were doing, and put the length of your workout and the calorie count from your HRM that you know you burned (you replace the number that is estimated), and it will show up accordingly on your exercise log.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! :flowerforyou:
EDIT: If you want to enter your own custom exercise or put the name of your videotape workout, you can create your own exercise, too! :drinker:0
