Sad horse owner. Lost 42lbs. Stopped smoking six months ago and put back on 60lbs. Back here to get back to my riding weight of 14 1/2 stone. still not even reached the start weight i was before. how bad is that? OK, any support welcome, very determined.

Don't waste your time staring at the rear-view mirror. You can't change the past, so don't stress about it. Just focus on the improvements you're making right now...and it does sound like you're making improvements.

(Big congrats on losing the cigs!)

Feel free to add me I understand the yo-yo effect too well and don't plan to do that this time 124 pounds in under seven months. He's right bust that rear view mirror and forge your path forward!

Very true. And I will. Am down 10 of those extra 15 lbs already. Want to discover the missionary zeal I had when I was on this site last time. It was so productive... Thanks
