Sad horse owner. Lost 42lbs. Stopped smoking six months ago and put back on 60lbs. Back here to get back to my riding weight of 14 1/2 stone. still not even reached the start weight i was before. how bad is that? OK, any support welcome, very determined.

Don't waste your time staring at the rear-view mirror. You can't change the past, so don't stress about it. Just focus on the improvements you're making right now...and it does sound like you're making improvements.
