Not eating enough

I thought I had this down.
Then I took a look at my report for calories and found I am way low every day.
In the last 3 weeks there are days I am under 800 a few under 500 and only 5 days I got over 1200.
I eat 6 times a day and I'm never really hungry.
I thought I was eating plenty.
I can't seem to get enough fats and my protein intake is high.
I am doing an hour on the treadmill and I'm on week 2 day 2 of C25K.
Now I see why I stopped loosing weight after a couple of days.
My BMR is around 2240.and my TDEE is 3300
Any advice?
I opened my diary if that helps.
Thanks

My advice would be to ease up on the treadmill and replace it with strength training. Replace the light yogurt and fat free cheese with the full fat variety. Try adding things like avocado or nuts to your salads to increase calories and healthy fats. I wouldn't worry too much about your protein intake; although you could replace some of the jerky with things like peanut butter toast or oatmeal. Jerky tends to be high in sodium, which is why I suggest replacing that. You can also add granola and/or flax meal to your yogurt in the mornings.0

I am going to go to every other day on the treadmill.
I bought a bowflex off Craigslist and I'm picking that up tonight so that should take care of the strength training.
I have been staying away from bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
I had a grilled tuna sandwich for lunch so that will kick up my calories.
Appreciate the advice.0
