Intro

Hello everyone,
I was surfing web and trying to find a way to shed a few of those extra lbs I have been carrying around. Then I found myfitnesspal.com and said "wow". I have tried to diet, but always found it too hard to maintain.

I have always been an active person. I run, bike, hike, and try to keep up with my two active kids.

I love the food tracker and exercise logs. The food tracker is so easy. I am enjoying logging in and inputting all the data and keeping track of my progress.
