Hi All

Have signed up for two comps, one in a few months and one in August.

I need to get stronger, the bear complex is something I love, when resting I deadlift 5/10times depending on weight 70/80kg as this is an all over workout. Wendler workout is another I will be trying this weekend.

Any other advice? Anyone? Ideas? I know I am fit, would not mind looking as fit as I am, but all in good time. Some of these people at the competitions are so strong. So please, any positive advice would be good.

    I crossfit about 4-5 times a week. One class a week is the crossfit endurance class. I've been at it for about 7 months. The only advice I can give you is to keep at it. And I find that complex lifts build more strength than single lifts. When I first started all I could do was pvc pipe for form and I could barely lift the 20k bar. Now I front squat 60k, back squat 80k, clean jerk and oh squat 40k, hang clean almost 50k, and many other things too. I still am so far away from being able to do a pullup, it's ridiculous. but keeping at it week after week is doing wonders for me.
